I believe I have the issue noted in previous posts noted by Pandora Support:
"For future reference, when you submit the survey that puts you over the 50 point mark, you will get automatically redirected to a new URL where you have to fill out a simple form with your email address to request the reward."
However, it seems i was unable to be redirected to that form to get reward email, and appears to have lost the 50 points, now showing 0 survey points in survey emails with no reward email.
Could someone review this? For your reference this is Case #: 05367096

Since we don’t share private information like emails or phone numbers publicly on the Pandora Community, please follow up directly with the agent. They should be able to assist you with the reward.

Sorry to say the agent sent email from no reply inbox, therefore cannot reply to the agent. What is an email address customers can send to?
