When was my account created?

Hello, I'm curious as to how long I've been listening to Pandora and building my stations to my preferences.

I get an occasional song (bringing me back to my highschool days) on my Thumbprint Radio that says I thumbs upped it a decade ago but how long have I really been here?

Is there a feature on the app that shows this? I'm feeling nostalgic.

Ok fun, can you tell me when my account was created? I remember going to the pandora town halls back in Oakland and getting a free hat, so it must be somewhere in the mid-2000s!

Oh maaaan!!! I would LOVE to find this out for myself too! It has to be somewhere after Limewire’s passing…I started with a different email though. Do you need this? Thanks if this is still an active thread!

If you have an older account registered under a different email address, you can contact our support team here for help with finding out when it was created.

When filling out the form, just make sure to provide both your current email address (for them to contact you at) along with the older email address your account is registered under.
