All songs skip as soon I start running

Possibly a defect in the new update? My app starts skipping songs when I am on my runs and can't hold a song. Started about a week ago. Already cleared cache.

Mind sharing more info?

• Are there any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say?
• Are you in offline mode when this happens? 
• Also, are you connected to any devices (watch, headphones, etc)?
