Android: Accidentally cleared cache

I accidentally cleared my cache and now I've lost all my music and playlists on my Android. I'd there any way of getting it back?

Hi there, @bnmnsn. ๐Ÿ‘‹

Looks like you're a Premium subscriber. When you clear your cache, we'll always keep track of your profile and collection for you. However, Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

Are you having trouble with your downloaded content for offline mode?

Let me know. ๐ŸŽง

Why does the more expensive Premium Subscription lose downloaded content and have to manually e-download when the less expense Plus subscription is automatically re-downloaded. This is very inconsistent with the different between Plus and Premium - it makes no sense.

@number1pa64 I'd be happy to help with any questions you have, but I will need additional information to do so.

Can you explain your issue a bit further?

When you say you lose downloaded content with Pandora Premium, does that happen randomly?

Or does that occur after you sign out of the app and then sign back in?

The more details you're able to provide, the better equipped I'll be to help.

I look forward to hearing back.
