Hi there, @bbbfisher. 👋

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing crashing during your listening sessions. I understand how frustrating that can be. I've enabled a trace on your Pandora account so we can escalate this crashing issue to our engineering team if needed.

Let's try running through these standard Android troubleshooting steps to see if it helps.

If you have a Samsung Galaxy device, I would also recommend checking your sleeping apps to see if that is causing the app to stop when backgrounded. You can find those steps here.

I hope this helps. Feel free to follow up with me in another post on this thread after trying those steps. 🎧

I started having the same issues today. The Android app will not connect. I've done all the troubleshooting. I can listen on a browser. Not the Android app though. I submitted a ticket already. Was hoping to find a quick solution here.

Recently, my phone cuts off Pandora randomly and I have to restart the phone and connect to Bluetooth again in order to hear my stations. This is extremely frustrating. No error messages

Everything is updated on my phone. I have deleted cache and data, and also deleted and reinstalled Pandora. I moved Pandora to my internal storage. I lowered the audio quality. I have disabled Battery Optimization. There are no background restrictions.

The phone does not do this with any other app, podcast, etc. I have tried to see solutions online and have done what has been recommended to no avail. If this continues, I will have to cancel my subscription to Pandora and move to another music source.

I have been with you guys from the beginning, and really don't want to leave.

Any help you can give to solve this issue would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Pete
