Is anyone else having these problems? Not being able to pause skip or replay songs without restarting the app. The app just randomly shutting off. The app just randomly starts playing on restart of phone. I pay for this service and lately it been really upsetting me that it isn't working half the time.

If you tried and they didn't work, can you please let me know if this happens when using mobile data or if you are connected to Wi-Fi.
Also if this is only happening on your phone or is it also happening on other devices as well?
Do you receive the Error code 3002 on both of the situations?

I will give those troubleshooting steps a try.
Error code 3002 only occurs when I try to skip, hit next, on songs regardless if using mobile data or wi-fi. It will give me that code then freeze up and make me close and re-open the app.
The connection issue while using the app through Android Audio on my car is primarily while using mobile data.
