This pandora app is getting worse,  still cant request a song via voice command they claim they have been working on this issue but it's clearly been over a year. It's bad enough that you can't see the lyrics like on Apple music, but now even if the song has lyrics provided once you click on them you can't even view them anymore. Is really not worth what they're charging for premium prices the only good thing that we are paying for is that we can get unlimited skips

I gave up waiting and deactivated my account. Switched to Amazon music and have the WORKING feature back. THANK GOD cause I HATE distracted driving! I loved pandora but I cant be looking at my phone while driving. 😭

Lmao STILL NOT FIXED. Safe to say this app has a skeleton crew maintaining it, because there's no way a feature like voice commands should be broken for literal years.

Hello all, including @AlyssaPandora and @AdamPandora

I can report that voice assistant has begun to work for me sometime in early November. I held my tongue for a few weeks. November is my renewal month - it would have been  disappointing if it worked only until I paid my annual fee.

However, that concern appears to be groundless.  We're now at the end of December and the voice assistant has continued to work - so we're looking at 8 weeks of success in New York State. On my side I possess the same phone since 2021, the same phone vendor/plan.  The only things changing have been updates to Pandora (applied automatically by Android) and updates to Android itself by the vendor (security patches, os updates).

Has the problem begun to alleviate for others on this thread?  If you haven't checked recently, it might be time to do so.
