Android: Pandora won't connect without WiFi

My Pandora works at my house and it use to work all the time anywhere. When I plug it into my car it won't work outside except for round the house

I forgot to tell you I was using an android and I have a new ford explorer but it just started today

Att is my email and spectrum is my service

• Do you receive any error messages when you try to listen to Pandora outside of your home?
• Does this only happen when connected to your Ford? Or do you have a similar experience when away from home, but not connected to your Ford?
• Can you confirm your Android OS and Pandora version. Let me know if you need help finding this.
