Android: Playback controls gray out when activated using Bluetooth

Rxnin
Opening Act

Whenever I connect my phone, Samsung A14 to Bluetooth, it plays just fine. Until I have to use Bluetooth to skip or pause the song. When I do this, the controls gray out and are unresponsive until the next song, When the next song arrives it is automatically paused. Sounds small, but really ruins my listening experience.

Hi there, @Rxnin. 👋

Thanks for posting about your experience. Sorry to hear that you're encountering this issue during your listening sessions. We believe this issue has now been resolved: Android: Player controls become unresponsive

I would recommend updating your Pandora app to version 2407.1.1. If the issue continues, please try clearing the app data using these steps: Android Troubleshooting

Here's how to update the Pandora app on your Android device:

  1. Tap your profile avatar in the top right corner.
  2. Select Manage apps & device.
  3. Then tap Manage and scroll to Pandora for updates.

Tip: In some cases, you may need to restart your device to update an app.

Feel free to let me know how it goes. 🎧
