Android: Shuffle missing in offline mode

The instructions say to click on my collections then filter by stations, when I do that there is no shuffle button. How do I get the shuttle button to display?

I went online and set up the shuffle there. And when I went back into the phone app, the shuffle button was there.

It doesn't seem to be a problem anymore.
