Android: Using Mobile Data with WiFi Turned On

I just installed a backup camera on my car and am using ita non-internet wifi to view the camera on my cell phone. However pandora no longer works because it sees a wifivut can't get to the internet, so it won't connect. Is there a way to force pandora to use Mobile data while wifi is turned on? That us have pandora ignore the non internet wifi signal?

I am having this same issue when trying to connect to a wifi camera.   The camera is wifi enabled but not internet connected.  This causes pandora to seek for the internet but not find it.  So it's stops playing, of course.  I want to set pandora to cellular mobile data only.  Is there a way to do this on the android app.
