@rcjfamily4 Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?
- To clarify, are you unable to stream Pandora from your phone to a bluetooth speaker?
- Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
- Can you provide me with a screenshot/screen-recording of what you're seeing?
Thanks for working with me on this. ๐ค

The last month pandora has been glitchy. Doesn't let me skip song in car or on headphones half the time. Also it just stops working all the time now for no reason at all. Getting "can't connect to network" and "session time out" error messages. I use pandora like 10 hours a day. If this isn't fixed very soon I am canceling my premium, deleting app and switching to Spotify. 10.95 a month this app should always work smooth and it does not at all this past month

Hi there, @Jonnyboylash3. ๐
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. I understand how frustrating this can be.
Based on your message, it sounds like you're running into a couple of issues. The best place to start is with clearing the app data. To do that, I would recommend following these steps: Android Troubleshooting
Device Details:
Should the issues persist, I can report this over to our tech team on your behalf. It's helpful to know the following details:
- Model:
- Carrier:
- Android version (Settings > About Phone):
- Pandora version:
- If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
- If you can't open Pandora: from Android Home screen > Android Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Find Pandora
- Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
Let me know how it goes. ๐ง

When are your team going to solve this extremely common, constantly occurring problem? I have similar problems all the time and I do not want to have to clear the cache and data every freaking week. If I had just bought the music that I mainly listen to, I could just play it on repeat on a dedicated music player and avoid this problem entirely AND save subscription fees.
I like the recommendation algorithm. That's why I use you over Spotify, but if this problem persists, the problems will outweigh the one, single advantage of your platform.

@Robin55 I've enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what's happening.
For this trace to be useful, we'll need you to run through our troubleshooting steps: Troubleshooting for Android Devices
If this does not resolve the issue, can you please send me a screenshot of the error message you are seeing?
(Please note you won't be able to attach images via email - you will need to open this Community link in a web browser in order to provide attachments)
Thanks for working with me on this.
