I have the same issue. If a "station is not currently available", would it kill ya to tell me WHICH station is the problem?
Why stop the whole feed and make me run in the other room to "dismiss" in order to continue listening? Why not just skip over an unavailable station when I'm in "shuffle stations" mode anyway?
I am seeing this issue on my devices. It seems to correspond with my upgrade to Premium. I never had this issue on the Plus Plan.

Thanks for following up, @Tdwimsatt.
We've made a small change that we believe should help.
Please try again and the error message pops up again, please let me know:
Thanks again for all the help!
It just happened as I was starting up the station this morning:
Sept. 16, 2025; 6:44 AM Eastern Daylight Time
Ellicott City, MD, USA
Thank you for letting us know, @Tdwimsatt.
We made one additional change which we are hoping resolves this.
Can you please confirm if you are still experiencing issues?
Thanks again!
Happy to hear that, @Tdwimsatt.
Enjoy the music!
This is happening again - 9:51 AM EDT. Slightly different message. See attached screen shot.
"We're sorry but we can't find any more music to play on your station right now. Try switching stations."
Hi @Tdwimsatt What is the name of the station you were listening to?
This occurs when I attempt to shuffle my stations.
Thanks for the follow up, @Tdwimsatt. Since it's happening with Shuffle I'll need to take a closer look at your stations included in Shuffle. Let me do a bit of investigating and I'll follow up with you soon.
Update:
Hi @Tdwimsatt
So I had a chance to review the stations in your shuffle selection. I'm not seeing anything off hand that would cause this error message. I've enabled a trace on your account to help me possibly narrow down what may be happening.
The next time you get a message, can you let me know the date and time (include timezone) and the song that was playing when you go the message.
You get this error immediately when you try to listen and does this mostly happen on your Android?
Thanks for the help!
11:31 EDT today:
Thanks, @Tdwimsatt! I'm going to dig into this and I'll follow up with you soon! Thanks again for patience!
Just happened again at 9:26 EDT:
Hi @Tdwimsatt!
Thanks for the update - sorry for the delay.
I've taken some time and I've combed through your stations and account, but unfortunately haven't been able to determine what is causing the error message you see on web. Your stations all appear to be working as intended. Because of this, I have already created a ticket and passed it along to our engineering teams so they can take a closer look.
I don't think this was previously mentioned, but does this only occur when you listen on web? Or do you receive the same message when listening to mobile or another device?
Thanks again for your patience and for sticking with me through this, I know it's been frustrating.
Appreciate it, @Tdwimsatt! And thank you for sticking with me through this one. It's been a bit of a roller coaster during my investigation. I'm sad I wasn't able to figure this one out for you.
But I have detailed my investigation and your experience in our ticket for our engineering team. When you get the error on your Android let me know and I'll include it on the ticket.
Thanks again!
