Does this issue happen when you attempt to share a playlist?
Or, only when you attempt to download your tunes?
Have any other error messages popped up?
Does playback stop when you see this error?
Is it possible to send over a screenshot of the exact error message you're seeing?

Error code 99001 pops up all the time no matter what I'm doing on Pandora it pops up maybe 4 times every minute, I'm paying for Pandora premium I shouldn't be having these problems.
