Kindle: Unable to start Premium Session

i am trying to do the free premium session where you listen to ad to access. however on the kindle app it doesnt work. i type in a song to play to access the ad but when i hit play for the song or go to artist only no ad plays and i cant get the session to start. it only seems to affect the kindle version as i can do i on pc and another device. i just prefer to use it on kindle. i have the latest version installed and kindle is also updated this problem has been going on for awhile with no solution
