Missing Songs

So just received a replacement Android Note 8 phone.  Under one of my thumbs up playlists, songs are missing - a great many songs.  When I view the list on my PC they are still there.  I have already deleted and reinstalled the app.  How do I get the missing songs back on my phone?

Sorry about that! Thanks so much for posting about this.

As you may know, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.

This also means that the songs on your My Thumbs Up playlist (for any station) should be reflected on your PC and phone.

Would you mind sharing a bit more info so I can investigate this further?

• Could you provide the name of the playlist you're noticing this on?
• If you're able to, could you send over a screenshot of what you're seeing for that specific playlist?
  • Specifically, one or two tracks that you see on your PC but aren't on the phone.
  • Alternatively, you can share a few names of the tracks you're missing on your mobile device.
