I've uninstalled and reinstalled Pandora as well as deleted all the local data for the app. I can open the app and play music over LTE but not over WiFi. I get an error message "Waiting for connection. Try again?" With options "CANCEL" and "RETRY."
Resetting my WiFi modem fixed the issue, although I was only having trouble with Pandora.
