The shuffle collected songs icon disappeared off my Android device

I had a shuffle option on my phone and it disappeared.  I like to listen to my downloaded music while I work out.  Now it plays 1 song and random others that aren't downloads.

@Mykelw To clarify, are you unable to shuffle your downloaded tracks in Offline Mode?

If so, can you please do me a favor and send me a screenshot of what you see when your sort your collection by Songs when in Offline Mode?
