What's the make and model of the car you're having trouble with?
How is your phone connected? (Bluetooth, USB, AUX)
Is the car equipped with CarPlay or Android Auto?
Keep in mind, if you're using the integrated Pandora app found in a GM or Volvo vehicle, these apps don't support Pandora Plus or Premium features. You can enjoy your Plus benefits by connecting your phone via a standard Bluetooth or auxiliary (AUX) connection.
