Can you tell me a little more about your device and experience.
What is the make and model of your car and how you connect to your vehicle? Is the Pandora app located within your vehicle's head unit or on your mobile device?
It's a 2021 Buick Enclave. Pandora is a selection on my radio. I select and then put in my username and password. It plays Shuffle, and I can see my radio choices but not my playlists.
