I recently switched to iOS from android, and now I’m unable to skip or replay a song using my car controls or earbuds. I have to unlock my phone, and go directly to pandora to skip. I never had this issue on my old lg android phone. I’ve tried deleting my data and reinstalling the app and nothing is working.

@MusicFan0714 , welcome to the Pandora Community!
Thanks for posting about this and sorry to hear you're having trouble listening. Can you tell me a bit more about your device?
Let me know.
It’s a 2014 Toyota Prius. When I open pandora it connects and plays fine. No android auto auto, I use Bluetooth for both. No error messages. I am able to skip, just not replay any songs.
Thanks @MusicFan0714 ,
Let's try re-pairing the connection between your car and the phone. To remove the pairing, please go into the Bluetooth settings menu on your phone, find the appropriate connection, and select "Forget this device."
This also should work for your reabuds.
If you find re-pairing the Bluetooth connection was unsuccessful on your car, please try connecting your phone to your vehicle with a USB cable (if available in your model). We've found that for some setups, a USB connection works much better than Bluetooth and has the added benefit of charging your phone while you listen.
After plugging your phone into the car's USB port, just make sure to set the audio source to USB, and try listening to Pandora again.
Refer to your car's manual for the steps to reconnect the car system to your phone.
Let me know how it goes.
*Use your mobile device only when conditions allow and as permitted by applicable law.
Re-pairing didn’t help. Trying to connect the iPhone 16e via usb shows on my car as an iPod and will not play sound. The replay button is still grayed out.
Hi @MusicFan0714,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot.
If you haven't already, I recommend rebooting the device by shutting it down entirely, then turning it back on and trying Pandora again.
If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you).* To do that:
*Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after reinstalling the app. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after reinstalling, please let us know.
If you continue having troubles after re-installing the app, please let us know.
