I have also deleted and reinstalled the Pandora app. I am on iOS 18.2. I can play music, I can see my list of stations, but my Collection listing for Playlists and Albums is empty. So, I am browsing music using my phone when playing with CarPlay.

Hi @krutsch
Welcome to community!
Since your experience is a little bit different than the previous thread, I've created a new one for you. I'm happy to pass this along to our engineering team for further investigation.
Are you connected to CarPlay with a USB cord or wireless?
Could you do me a favor and take a picture of what you're seeing when your playlists or albums don't load.
You can include pictures directly here on community. This is best done on a web or mobile browser, you won't be able to include pictures through the email notification you may receive.
Thanks for the help!

Hi Adam,
Jonathan Pineda here
Long term client and big fan. I too ma having syncing issues particularly with my Apple Carplay, the Thumbs Up music station in the app, does not display on the Dash when I am driving. Please advise as I would love to have access to all of my favorite tracks on the go.
Thank you kindly,

I have a similar issue, but it looks a little different on my 2023 Mazda MX-5.
Pandora version 2411.1, iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 18.2
I can connect the Mazda Connect Pandora app to my phone, and the app on the phone launches in Accessory Mode, and music plays, but I cannot use the Mazda Connect Pandora app to view stations (it just spins forever trying to load), nor can I pause, advance, or thumbs up/down.
Music plays, but no control over Pandora using bluetooth and Mazda Connect (i.e. built into the vehicle, NOT with CarPlay).

I am using CarPlay w/ a USB cable, though CarPlay is also supported in my car wirelessly.
This is a hard thing to take photos of, as it happens sporadically. One detail I've observed: if I launch (or have open) Pandora on my phone before connecting to CarPlay, I see more failures to sync things like Playlists, Albums. If Pandora is not running on my phone and I start it via CarPlay, it seems to show everything in my collection.
Hope that helps!
