The only difference is that I don't plug in, I use the wireless connection. Identical issue otherwise.

Same problem here. Did the troubleshooting steps, problem persists:

Iphone 13 Pro

IOS 18.1

Pandora Version 2409.1

Troubleshooting:

1. Logged Out of Pandora
2. Deleted the App
3. Hard reboot Iphone
4. Re-installed App
5. Logged back in

Same error - The was a problem loading this content:

Please assist. Its been sometime now, and no definite fix is available yet.

I rent about two cars a month, since iOS 18, every car I drive has this issue. Including my personal vehicles.  I see my stations, but can control only volume thru the car. Every thing else must be with the phone. The list of vehicles includes Genesis, Hyundai, Toyota and Nissan. In a variety of vehicles and trims.

I can guarantee if I was a paid subscriber I would be expecting refunds for those two months and a credit going forward… But I am not so I will just continue to not so patiently wait. And continue to use other apps such as Amazon Music that seem to have mastered these scenarios well in advance.

I am happy to report, that it loaded immediately this morning, still had to press the arrow on the right hand side of the screen to get my content info but I am hopefully optimistic that we are getting there.

upgraded ios to 18.1. Remove Pandora app. Downloaded app again.  Still getting msg: a problem loading this content

Mine loaded one time and then the next day it did not load. Still using my workaround in my Toyota. Pressing audio button on Toyota stereo, then choosing Apple CarPlay. This displays the current song.

Hello,

I have the latest iPhone update and an Audi.  I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.  Now it's not even an option to add to my carplay list.  Prior to that I was having the same issue as everyone else, content not loading at all.  So now it does not work at all in my car.

And I also mentioned the Apple Car Play. I noticed changes to how it performs about the same time I started to get this error at work. And at times get connection error, although it still plays fine. The display has changed and maybe it is 2020 Honda tech interacting with the newest Pandora version. It does say something like "loading" or "working on it". 

I appreciate being heard.
