Same problem here. Starting to look for alternative streaming services. Ridiculous to take this long to fix such an issue.
I have the same problem. I am on version 2409.1. I have an aftermarket kenwood deck.
I am only going wait till the end of the year for a fix. Then I'll be switching to something else. I don't want too so get it fixed already.
My Dear fellow Listeners... Pandora is a MULTI BILLION (3.5) dollar company, They don't care about a few thousand out of the 46 million listeners... their profit is about $650 million (+ or - a few million) a year for the last 4 years. They are not going to (or even try to) FIX ios-18 CarPlay. (Its been broken for 2 months)
You have 3 choices, 1.Fix it yourself (they know you can't), 2.Get a different service (they don't care), 3.Don't play music in your car (up to you). ((Bonus choice::: switch to Android phone))
Thank you Pandora
I can confirm this issue on my 2022 Toyota Sienna and 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid. Running iOS 18 and Pandora 2409.1.
Having the same issue after the recent update. It keeps showing 'Content could not load" and not showing the song that is playing.
When will a fix be released from dev to resolve the issue?
Problem not solved. Getting the error on 2023 Subaru Outback.
Same issue here. Nothing works as a fix. Been using Spotify. Please fix this or you will lose all your customers.
Like others have reported, iOS 18.1 has not relived this issue
Any takers on whether Pandora will fix the issue before Sonos fixes the last of the problems their "upgrade" caused?
That's what I've been doing all along. It should not be happening in the first place. Not that sometimes even the 'favorites' will not load and need to go to channels and then select the station again. Overall the system is quite buggy.
Same issue here. Very annoying.
So Carplay no longer works on my 2023 Mercedes. I did delete and reinstall Pandora but the problem persists. It plays via Bluetooth but not Carplay in the car.
