Mazda: Won't connect to Pandora app

It looks like a lot of other people have this problem. I can connect my phone by Bluetooth, but the Pandora option on the car radio keeps asking if Pandora is installed on my phone. It worked briefly after I paired the devices, then quit.

Car: 2019 Mazda CX-3

Thanks for writing! Sorry to hear you're having trouble in your Mazda. 

To confirm, are you connecting with Bluetooth or a USB cord. Can you also let me know your Android OS and Pandora version?

Press the number 1 preset while turning your key. I have had good luck with that.
