@mezzsmom good Friday afternoon, this is what I was able to find,

Audio issues between BT devices are usually caused by software incompatibility so the best way to go is to contact the car kit’s manufacturer or the carmaker for help. I hope this helps. You take care and stay safe.

Hi @mezzsmom! Welcome and thanks for posting.    Thanks for the help, @MOHLovesAlaska! 🙌🏻 👏🏻

To clarify, are receiving this message because of low cellular signal? In the car, Pandora requires active internet connection in order to stream music in the car. Cellular signal strength can vary depending on location.

Could you share a screenshot of the message you're seeing? You can post here in this thread. Thanks!

In the meantime, try these steps for your iPhone:

  • Go to your iPhone Settings.
  • Tap on Cellular, then toggle Cellular Data off and back on.
  • Finally, locate the Cellular Data section and confirm the Pandora app is toggled on.

Use your mobile device only when conditions allow and as permitted by applicable law.
