Thumbs only work when connected to WiFi

Thumbs down only works when connected to wifi.  When I have thumbs down multiple songs, when it plays in my car off wifi...all the previous songs I had thumbs down play again on that same station plus chooses songs that are not based on anything I have listened too.  It also keeps downloading other stations and playing those vs the only 1 I have to listen in my car. I've been so frustrated with this service.,  Def doesn't seem worth it to me.  Have been listening to the radio instead which was not the puro

Could you provide the following information:

1. What is the make, model and year of your vehicle?
2. If you have an aftermarket stereo, what is the make and model of that device?
3. What is the make and model of your phone? Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)?
4. How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
5. Is your vehicle are you connected to Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, or PandoraLink?
6. Have you experienced this issue only when in the car, or also when listening on your phone outside the car?
