iOS-Subaru: Pandora cuts in and out

For the year I’ve had my car I’ve had No problems, for the most part, with Pandora. The last couple of weeks, however, it has been cutting in and out throughout all the songs which is rather irritating. I reconnected my Bluetooth, I have updated the app and my phone, and I have deleted and reinstalled the app. It’s still doing it. A few weeks ago when all this started happening was the same time I got hearing aids that connect to Bluetooth too. Could that be a problem?
