How many people do not celebrate their birthdays or have no idea what they want to do?
@RagnerTheHiker I have not celebrated my birthday in over 20 years. It is just an ordinary day, and one that I work on most of the time.
Take care, and GOD bless.
My dad is like that.
I would vote for not having to think of what to do or know something is having to be attended.
My wife on the other hand wouldn't have it, lol.
Your birthday is your day and you are to relax and let others do for you.
Really, she is just brilliant because any smart man obviously returns the favor when her birthday comes around! lol
Every year it gets harder and harder to figure out what I want to do on my Birthday. Such as today!!! What makes it even harder is the unpredictable weather.
@RagnerTheHiker @Jethro2372 @MOHLovesAlaska 👋 I’m definitely someone who never really knows what I want to do for my birthday. I usually spend the morning alone reflecting on the past year and setting intentions for the next one. I’ll usually have a meal with my family.
For me, birthdays feel best spent doing what genuinely brings you joy - no pressure, no expectations. 🎂
@AlyssaPandora I usually receive phone calls, and birthday cards along with birthday wishes, but to go out, or have a special meal that hasn't been done in over 20 years. I normally just carry on as usual, work, and do more work.
Take care, and GOD bless.
I agree with @Jethro2372. I'm not really into celebrations because it's hard for me to think of what to do.
The only celebration is a small gathering with my closest relatives at night. Besides that, I like to spend the day for myself.
I agree with you guys. Not having to worry about doing anything is nice.
