Unfortunately, we don't offer support in Spanish on the Pandora Community. However, I was able to translate your message. You should be able to use private messages on the community now. 

Your private messages should now be enabled. 

To locate your PMs, click on the envelope icon on the top right of the community page, next to your profile icon. ✉️

First look up who you want to private message then that option should pop up

Hi @Justin241990 , I have enabled your PM , so now you should be able to open them by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the community page, next to your profile icon.

Same for you @Musicgurlnyc , please let me know if you still have issues seeing them.
