My credit card was updated due to a fraud attempt. I forgot about this, so at renewal time I was notified my Pandora that my subscription wouldn't renew. The page where I could update my subscription info would not come up. - It took several tries, but a service rep at Pandora kept helping me until the problem was solved. I have been very happy with Pandora's email service. They really keep at it until the issue is resolved. - John
I have to agree with this also. My experience has also been positive with the Pandora team. They stick with you until your problem is resolved.
