Hmmm I cannot choose just one, so here are my top 5:

• High Hopes by Panic! At the Disco - I think that the beat and the lyrics are perfect to brighten someone's day.
• Grace Kelly by MIKA -  The beat and the lyrics are very sticky.
• Happy (From "Despicable Me 2") by Pharrel Williams - I think it is the obvious option here.
• The Wind Beneath My Wings but the cover by Sonata Arctica - Beautiful motivating lyrics + an energetic rhythm.
• Don't Stop Me Now (Remastered 2011) by Queen - I have not met yet someone that doesn't start singing this song when it starts playing.
