@nn22 I moved your post over to the Desktop space.
Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?
If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
- A Mac or Windows computer?
- Our website, or the desktop app?
- If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using? Is this an issue with all browsers, or just one?
- Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
- Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
Thanks for working with me on this.

@nn22 does this happen when you are "ONLY" using Pandora? Or does it happen randomly?
here are some steps for you to take the next time you experience this. This could be a more serious internal problem.
-
Try pressing Ctrl + Alt + Del: This might bring up the Task Manager. If it does, you can try ending the application that's causing the issue.
-
Restart your computer: If you can't access Task Manager, try holding down the power button for about 10 seconds to force a shutdown. Then, turn your computer back on.
-
Enter Safe Mode: If the issue persists, try booting into Safe Mode. This can help diagnose if the problem is caused by a driver or software.
-
Check for updates: Make sure your operating system and drivers are up to date. Sometimes, updates can fix bugs that cause these issues.
-
Run System File Checker: Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the command sfc/scannow to check for and repair any corrupted system files.
If none of these steps work, it might be helpful to reach out to a professional technician for further assistance. I hope this helps you, dear friend.
Take care and GOD bless.

I am listening from a Chromebook but I realized it only happens if I am not actively on the website so I just have to have it open on a different desk.
I only happens on the website any other tabs are normal its just the pandora one acting weird.
I currently don't have a screenshot of this but I am using just regular Google, an it's just a blue screen, the same color as the reply button.
