I created your own thread since the previous thread you were posting on is specific to Samsung TVs. I checked the account that is associated with your community profile and there is no Samsung TV device associated with it. Sounds like you're using another device.

Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?

I'll still need a little more information in order to continue to investigate.

  • What is the make and model of your computer?
  • Are you listening on a web browser or the desktop app?
    • If you're listening on a web browser, which one? (Example, Chrome, Safari, Firefox)

Be sure to respond directly in this thread, since the previous thread is specific to Samsung TVs only.

Are you still having trouble listening to Pandora on your computer? If so, let me know which web browser you use. For example, Chrome, Firefox, Edge? If you're using another type of browser, please let me know the name.
