Having troubles using mic

IT DOES NOT WORK THE MIC WON'T WORK I TRIED TO TALK TO THEM BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING I WILL DIE WITHOUT PANDORA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Is this happening when you try to use voice commands?
