Desktop App: Crashing Issues

I just signed up for the family plan and got it installed, but now when I'm listening to Pandora, after 4 or 5 songs the app crashes.  I have cleared my cache.  I just want to listen to the music without having to restart the app every 10 minutes

• Have you received any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say?
• Are you using the Pandora Desktop App for Windows or MAC computers?
