Is anyone else experiencing a horrid buzzing noise that interrupts songs? Every few songs on my station is interrupted by a loud buzzing. After a few seconds it stops, but the next song starts up. If I can't fix this problem, I want my money back! Premium my eye!

I'm on my desktop and I'm having trouble, I keep hearing distortion and crackling sounds on pandora web site, not the app, I'm using windows 7 and I'm unable to get the app on Microsoft's apps due to using win 7.I've tested sound on other sites and the is no distortion. I even got an X-Fi sound card to test if it was my pc onboard sound , nope still there just on your site, using chrome or firefox.i recently upgraded to plus and hoped the quality would be better but the popping and crackling are still there. Also tried the normal and best quality under settings no difference, can't believe that the only settings for audio sound is this ,no buffer settings ect.? I'm pretty sure these sounds can damage my sound system. That's about it if anyone has any clues LMK , Ty Blue

I am using Win 7, but will be upgrading to win 10 as I got the new os for xmas.I'm hoping this will fix any problems plus ill be able to download the desktop app. I Tried on firefox and chrome some distortion like a scratch sound and crackling, almost every song, sometimes in between songs it does the sound and you can really notice , I'm also gonna try one more hardware fix that is a new audio cable with a ground in line. Thank you for the response, E.Perez
No problem at all. @BlueOne2020
You can also try downloading the new Pandora Desktop app for your device. You can find out more about the Desktop app here.
Let me know how the new Windows 10 OS works for you with Pandora on your web browser. 🖥
Hello. I get a great deal of distorted sound also. It sounds like it slows down a lot and gets very distorted while browsing with Pandora on in the background. It happens every time I use Pandora. I use a Lenovo PC and Windows 10 with 3.40 ghz chip and 6 gb of RAM. I'm using the Pandora App.

Hi. I re-installed following your instructions. It is still distorting the music if you browse with Pandora on.
Thanks for taking the time to try out those steps.
Let me know.
This distortion happens consistently when listening and browsing. It will be playing fine, and then it slows down or distorts.
If you don't mind, could you try logging into your account from your web browser instead?
Let me know if the same issue occurs from your web browser.
It is still happening.
Hi @estatejewelers Just to confirm, you logged into Pandora from your web browser and the buzzing continues?
If so, we can say it's not limited to just the Pandora desktop app.
Would you mind trying to play music from a different provider and letting me know if this still occurs?
Thanks for your help with this.
I am on fast internet connection using desktop app. I am getting distorted music and buzzing. Started last night. Anyone else?
Hey there, @Ross1. 👋

Would you mind trying out the troubleshooting steps in my above message?
Let me know how it goes.
So I have the same problem. I never had trouble with it before a couple of days ago and now I do, so I downloaded the app (I have windows 10) and i still get the static through the app. but none of the other sounds on my computer have this issue. only things playing through pandora.
Hey there, @ronneece. 👋
Sorry to hear that is happening to you as well.
Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?
Which browser were you experiencing this issue on initially?
Do you notice that this happens with specific songs?
Let me know. 🎧
I use google chrome, I did not try a different browser. Not on specific songs, fairly consistent throughout the entire session including commercials.
I am not sure how I would include examples
ok, update... it is now happening with youtube also. so perhaps it is my speakers and I just wasn't noticing it before. i am going to explore some other sites and see if it is across the board.
