Edge: Ad doesn't appear when starting Premium Access

I have been using Pandora free for years now and haven't encountered any problems like this however I am much newer to Pandora on desktop. The radio works fine but when I go to click a song and play an ad it won't show me the ad, and it freezes up and won't let me do anything most of the time. I have tried the usual stuff like refreshing and logging back into my account, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas or help?

Could you tell me a bit more about what you're experiencing?
1. Is this happening on the desktop app? Or is this happening on a browser?
2. If this is happening on a browser, what browser are you using?
