I haven't been able to login for a few days now. I know that I'm using the correct username and password. I even tried changing my password and it still won't let me login. I thought that maybe my account had been deleted so I clicked the 'Sign Up' button. It just said that there is already an account with that username, i.e. it confirmed that my account has not been deleted. I also tried multiple browsers and disabled extensions. No luck. Please help.

I was having the same problem Chrome on Macbook Mojave today after clearing history. I turned off the Duck Duck Go Privacy Essentials extension and the log-in worked properly. Pandora team - this looks like at least one of the bugs here ..
I'm sure this may be impacting other listeners if they have specific privacy extension settings.

I downloaded the app as well from Microsoft store, and i'm also having the same issue. I've reset my password and can't log into the app, but everything else works perfectly fine from my phone to my web browser. Why is the APP having issues with the log in????

A couple days ago I got logged out of my desktop apps on two different Windows computers, and I have been unable to log back in. I am getting this message when I try:
My iPhone wasn't affected. And I am able to log in with the exact same credentials on the website on the same Windows computers that cannot log in through the app. So this issue is specific to the Windows Desktop App.

I am having the exact same issue. I can login on Edge, or via a SmartTV, but not on Chrome. There must be some issue with Chrome and Pandora... is there a universal solution?

I am also experiencing this issue. Pandora only lets me log in on Chrome-based browsers, but will not let me log using Firefox. I have cleared all site data and cookies and it still tells me that my password is incorrect.

I am unable to log into my family's HP chromebooks with my Pandora account. We just purchased the Family Premium Plan. Each time I try to log in using the chromebooks, it shows "incorrect email or password". Meanwhile, I can log in using the same credentials on my iPhone and Mac computer. I have reset the password many times and have tried to log in using their chromebooks directly after confirming the new password. I have cleared caches and cookies. The Pandora account will not log in on the HP chromebooks.
