Hello,
Is there a streaming outage right now? I ask because my desktop sound for Pandora is muffled and cuts out or is really low on high volume. I have checked my sound settings on the computer and do not have any problems. I can listen to music on YouTube or other platforms and do not have this issue. I will also say that the Ads come through loud and clear (super annoying).
Voices in songs come through louder than the music does but it goes in and out as well
I am on a Windows Machine, I used the Pandora App for Windows and the Website to stream music on Chrome browser and am experiencing the same problem. I also changed my internet connections (hardwired, WIFI and hotspot Wifi) nothing changes. No errors are presenting either.
Please help! I have been using Pandora since 2013 and absolutely love it, but wont continue to do so if I cant play the music
Here is a link to a video of the probem I am having. https://www.loom.com/share/3c71b1c5b25a47d5a6fe93649a0e8b25

Hello,
I was able to fix the issue, apparently it was not one of my speaker drivers, but it was NVIDA broadcast needed updated, (which I wasnt using), but when I updated it, the music is working fine now. Thank you for the response.

Hi @Apreston88
Welcome to community!
I tested the Pandora website on Chrome and Firefox and the desktop app, but wasn't able to replicate your experience with the quality of audio.
I see that you mentioned Chrome in your post. Could you try Firefox or another web browser to see if you have the same issue. I'd like to see if it's related to Chrome/Destkop. Thank you!
