New playlist item is duplicated

HI there, why items are dublicated?

2 weeks ago i had only 1 item, after i got Premium its repeated and annoying.

My thumbs Up is my playlist.

if its a bug, can i get 1year premium for free? Bug-Bounty here

Are you using a Windows or MAC computer?

I do see that you selected, "Web" as a label - which browser are you using when this happens?

Have you tried using a different web browser? If so, does the same issue occur?

hi, iam using win10 with latest firefox 89

 

ps: somehow i got 1 more blank playlist--how to delete that all empty?

if iam going to MY COLLECTIONS so i see only 1 playlist which i can delete,

It a bug

 

You can login with my login\passw to see a bug without my long delay response, iam fine))

I would recommend running through these troubleshooting steps to see if it helps with this issue. 

To check if this is a browser-related issue, you could try to open Pandora in a separate browser, such as Google Chrome, which you can download here.

Please try the following steps to troubleshoot Pandora on your Firefox browser:

  • Clear your Cookies, Cache, and History:
    • Click on the menu icon (3 horizontal lines) in the upper right corner of your browser's toolbar.
    • Select Library, then History and click Clear Recent History.
    • Make sure Time range to clear: is set to Everything.
    • Confirm the boxes for Cookies and Cache are marked.
    • Click Clear now.
    • Restart the browser and go back to Pandora.com.
  • Make sure you are accepting cookies from Pandora:
    • Again, click on the Menu icon (3 horizontal lines) and select Preferences (If you're on Windows, select Options).
    • Select the Privacy & Security tab on the left.
    • Go to Cookies and Site Data.
    • Click Manage Permissions...
    • Enter "pandora.com" in the Address of website field and click Allow. Then click Save Changes on that menu.
  • Finally, if the issue persists, try rebooting your computer and returning to pandora.com

From my end, it shows that you now have a single playlist on your account, your My Thumbs Up playlist. The other playlist appears to have been deleted.

Let me know how it goes, and whether you continue to see the duplicate "New Playlist". 🎧

Hey Alyssa, just checked with Microsoft Edge, it has the same issue.

I dont use any Google products

 

Can you fix that bug???

yes, basic version was okey.

Since i get Premium i got that issue with dublicate items
