This resolved while I was confirming details, but do you have a system status page showing downtime?
Chrome inspector showed timeouts from the CDN, e.g. 'https://web-cdn.pandora.com/web-client-assets/web-app.a3eb358198112bdd9a87.js'; I could reproduce this with curl/openssl, and Safari also timed out. While I was going through updating software it resolved (and along the way pandora worked on iOS) -- but given the change from openssl s_client I don't think this was a client version problem.
It's resolved now but I'm curious if you have a console showing system status.
