Web: Constant buffering on all browsers

I'm currently using Windows 11 on an HP laptop. Have never had issues with Pandora up to this point. About a few days ago, Pandora on the web continues to buffer every few seconds. This occurs on different browsers. However my phone does not do this when connected to Wifi only. Network test shows very high speeds so I don't think that is the issue. Any ideas? Thank you!

I'd be happy to help with any questions you have, but I will need additional information to do so.

  • Does this happen when you are listening at home or at work?
  • Do you happen to be connected to a VPN? If so, please note that we don't support VPNs or IP security programs. We recommend making an exception for Pandora or adjust the location in your VPN settings.
  • Do you also experience this issue with the Pandora Desktop app?

In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what's happening.

Can you please try resetting your modem/router if you are able to?

Hello, thanks for the update. I'm not using a VPN. It seems to be fine with the desktop app. Browser still buffers but I'll use the app from here on out. Thanks!
