I'm currently using Windows 11 on an HP laptop. Have never had issues with Pandora up to this point. About a few days ago, Pandora on the web continues to buffer every few seconds. This occurs on different browsers. However my phone does not do this when connected to Wifi only. Network test shows very high speeds so I don't think that is the issue. Any ideas? Thank you!

Hello, thanks for the update. I'm not using a VPN. It seems to be fine with the desktop app. Browser still buffers but I'll use the app from here on out. Thanks!
