@Riverbear9r Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

Can you give an example of something you are attempting to play?

Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Thanks for working with me on this. 🤝

Hi @BJ62! Welcome to community.

I moved this thread over to our Desktop board to help keep things tidy.

Happy to take a look. Can you tell me a little more about your experience?

  • Does Pandora not load on Chrome?
  • If Pandora does load, is the web page unresponsive?
  • Do you receive an error message? If so, can you let me know exactly what it says?
  • Do you have the same experience when using a different web browser, such as Firefox?
  • Do you have the same experience when using the desktop app?

In the meantime, I would recommend trying the troubleshooting steps for Chrome on Pandora's help page

Let me know how it goes.
