Where on the desktop app can I choose a speaker to stream to?

On the mobile app there is an icon at the bottom right that lets you choose a device to stream to. (It seems to work for Google Home but not Alexa)

Where on the desktop app (Windows 10) is there an option to choose a device to stream to? I want to be able to stream to my Alexa or my Google Home easily from my laptop.

Spotify makes this pretty easy and accessible - I wish Pandora would as well.
