Why can't I hear most of what's playing?

I've had Pandora for many years.  I occasionally listen to it on my work desktop and never have any issues, aside from listening from a small CPU speaker. This morning it took a long time and lots of refreshing to get it to play at all.  Once it was up, it has played consistently.  However, the majority of songs I can't hear or can just hear a whisper, while others seem to be normal level.  I've never had this happen before.  I'm sure this isn't related, but the app has been buffering a lot on my iPhone this week as well.

@manda40475 Sorry to hear you've been having troubles listening on your computer and iPhone.

Could you tell me a bit more about what you're experiencing?
1. What browser are you using when you listen on your computer?
2. Is it also happening on other browsers?
3. Regarding the buffering, is it happening when you're connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? Or is it happening when you're in Offline mode?

Looking forward to your reply.

1-2) My desktop computer uses the Microsoft Edge browser and I'm unable to download another.  I have Pandora volume on max and my computer volume at 30% (which is usually loud enough as the sound carries).

3) The buffering has happened while using cellular data around 5-7pm EST when I'm at the gym.

7/10/25 UPDATE - After I posted this message yesterday afternoon, the sound problem seemed to magically resolve itself.  This morning I'm on my desktop and having problems with the songs stopping near the end and not autoplaying the next song.  This has happened three times so far in only 1.5 hours.
