This error message comes on after like 25 minutes of playing my shuffled stations. I have probably 20+ stations and now all of a sudden I "thumbs down" 3 songs and Pandora can't fine anymore music for me to play?? I call complete BS. I am sick of this error message for the amount of money I pay a month.
Again - over 20 stations to shuffle through and you can't find anymore music????????
mod edit: changed title for clarity

Hi there, @bnstarr90. ๐
Sorry to hear that you're encountering this error message.
Can you answer a couple questions for me about how you're listening?
- Where are you listening (home, work, or on the go)?
- Is this happening when on Wi-Fi or cellular data?
- Does this occur on all your devices or just one?
If this is happening on one specific device, please send:
- Model (i.e. iPhone, Galaxy, etc.):
- Operating system (i.e. Android 9 or iOS 13):
This will give me a better sense of what's causing this, and we can go from there.
Let me know what you find out.

@bnstarr90 When listening to Shuffle, you can view which station a particular song is from by scrolling to the bottom of the Now Playing screen. A banner will appear at the top of the window.
It should say "[Station_Name] Radio," and then the name of the track.
The next time this happens, could you let me know which station(s) it does this with?
Then, I can take a deeper look at your station to see what's happening.

Hey there, @niez667. ๐
Could you share a bit more information about how you're listening?
- Are you using a MAC or Windows computer?
- Are you using a web browser? If so, which one?
- Or, are you using the Pandora Desktop App?
++
In the meantime, I've enabled a trace on your Pandora account to better understand what's happening. I would recommend running through the troubleshooting steps for your specific browser or Pandora Desktop App to see if it helps.
Web Browser Troubleshooting:
- Google Chrome Troubleshooting
- Safari Troubleshooting
- Microsoft Edge Troubleshooting
- Firefox Troubleshooting
Pandora Desktop App Troubleshooting:
Let me know if the troubleshooting steps help out. ๐ง

Thanks so much for getting back to me with that information, @niez667.
I've let our engineering team know about the error message you're receiving when you attempt to listen to your stations. An internal ticket for this issue has been created. We appreciate your patience while they investigate. ๐ง

Hello,
I'm having the same trouble. In the desktop app for Mac, I get the message "We're sorry, but we can't find any more music to play on your station right now. Try switching stations." I get a similar message on the Android app.
The station is Calm Meditation, and it only has 11 Thumb Down tracks.
Can you help?

Hello, I'm having a similar issue on a Pandora created station.
"We're sorry, but we can't find any more music to play on your station right now. Try switching stations."
Listening on the website through Chrome.
My other stations work well, just an issue with one station.
Thank you!

@jk6 If you received "Someone Else is Listening" - that was me checking that specific station on your account. Could you confirm whether this happens after skipping or using your Thumbs Down?
Thanks again for your help with this. ๐ง

It's happened again, same as last time - an ad/message called:
On Touring With Florence And The Machine
Grace VanderWaal -
Pandora
came on and froze the station.
Thank you in advance

@jk6 Thanks for the update.
- Could you confirm whether this issue occurs after you've skipped songs on that station?
- Do you get the "We can't find any more music to play on your station right now." error message without skipping / thumbing down?
- Could you also try using an other browser like Firefox? Does the same error message pop up?
Let me know. ๐ง
