It would nice to have a small EQ in the app that allows adjustment to the music, so one can pump up the bass or other frequency, compensate for older music that has not been remastered.
I switched to Spotify long ago. Still on Pandora’s “Free” tier.
Also tried Apple Music+ but they keep inserting “new” music that fits what they think I need to hear. Tried training their artificial non-intelligence, but then they ignore my feedback. Asked Siri “Why are you playing this s - - - ?” She responded that I don’t need to be rude 🙂

You’re not altering the original sound, you’re letting US, your customers, adjust the sound to our preference. It seems so easy. Please add an equalizer! Pretty please?! I SAID PLEASE!!! 😤🥴
Nothing but crickets on this topic. They're making enough money they don’t need to please anyone anymore. So it just not a concern for them to develop one.
Its been YEARS that SO MANY of us are asking for this feature that most music apps already have. A big 10-band EQ would be ideal, but if we could just get Bass & Treble, that would go a long way !
In my experience, simple Bass and Treble just make things worse. We deserve a tool like a 10 band EQ that would be up to the sophistication of the musical DNA algorithm. Pete
