Several prominent African gospel musicians are making waves both on the continent and internationally. Some of the most well-known include Sinach, Mercy Chinwo, Nathaniel Bassey, and Frank Edwards from Nigeria, as well as Joe Mettle from Ghana and Prosper Germoh, a Cameroonian Gospel artist with over 100 hits. Benjamin Dube from South Africa is also well known.
