Artist's Monthly Listener Count Not Updating

I am curious in regards to the Top Artists monthly listeners chart. Does the monthly listeners update daily (like Spotify)? How often does this number update? Some artists keep the same number of Monthly listeners for days.

So "JIMIN" of BTS released an album 2 weeks ago, and his monthly listeners are stuck at 13.

I have another inquiry, similar to the original one. Another member of BTS is also stuck at 141 monthly listeners. I myself do not know if this number is accurate. His profile is https://www.pandora.com/artist/5/ARhncgJdtbjf2m9

Just wanted to follow up on my inquiry above.

Another member of BTS monthly listeners seem to be updating very slowly (currently at 320), while other BTS members are above 30k. Is this number accurate? Please confirm. His profile is https://www.pandora.com/artist/5/ARhncgJdtbjf2m9
